![]() ![]() We have this integration tied into other CRM systems but was recently asked to add Hubspot. The integration is developed in Python and uses Selenium and chromedriver to monitor and control the browser windows. At that point, the integration begins monitoring. ![]() They then login to each (or the integration can auto login if they save the credentials in the integration). Normally, when the integration is opened in the morning it opens the softphone in one browser window and the CRM in another window. If it is, the integration brings up a new tab containing that contact allowing the person answering the phone to have immediate access to their info (so they can see any open issues, previous calls, ability to add notes, etc). When a call is incoming, it pulls the phone number from caller id and uses the CRM API to check to see if this caller is in the system. I have an integration that monitors a softphone from another vendor. ![]()
